Shoes News

I have pet peeves.  Lots of them.  Never are they more obvious than when I go out in public.  It should not be news to you that your shoes should be appropriate for your outfit - not just comfortable.

I get it, Uggs are awesome.  So are flip flops.  So are Merrils.  But they are not okay with a cocktail dress or really anything other than sweat pants.  Please have a few shoes in your closet that make you look semi-civilized when you are in public.

Are you the kind of person who just doesn't know what to wear?  Or do you think "These black pumps will be fine."?  Then tell the sales person at Nordstrom exactly what you are hoping to do with your shoes.  They can help.  They will help.  They like to help.  Please ask for help.
