My sister and I are taking a bartending class right now at The Pantry at Delancey and it's so much fun! First, it's an open invitation to "test out" new cocktails and it's a two part course so we get to go back. This is one of the cocktails our instructor made. He made it as an individual cocktail, but I find it so much more convenient to make these in a pitcher and invite the gang over.
