Last but not least, before I leave you on this Super Bowl weekend, COCKTAILS! Every good Super Bowl event MUST have a good cocktail. Our personal (and tacky) favorite for this event is a Beer-garita :: otherwise known as White Trash Margaritas, Black out Margaritas, etc. They are tacky. But actually quite tasty - as long as you don't use the crappiest beer around. Stick to decent Mexican beer and you'll be alright.
Beer-garitas
1 container frozen lemonade concentrate
1 container frozen limeade concentrate
12 12oz beers
1/5th of Triple Sec
Mix it all together. Don’t dilute the concentrate – the beer will do that. Serve over ice with a garnish of lime.
