Good morning and welcome! Here are a few of the ideas I shared this morning on Q13 Fox News - and a few others I think you may like too. Have a great Easter!
'Egg Baskets' :: Super simple and super cool. Click here for full instructions.
Dying Eggs with Kool-Aid and Jello :: Kool Aid gives really interesting deep colors and the grape has two dimensions. Grape Kool-Aid is dark brown with little blue speckles. Tropical Punch Kool-Aid is an extra deep red.
1 packet Kool-Aid (.14 ounces)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup warm water
Mix it together and gently lower egg into the Kool-Aid bath. Let sit 10-15 minutes. Check often for the correct color.
Bunny Finger Puppets :: These are crazy easy if you have white felt and the ability to draw bunny ears. Using a disappearing ink pen, draw the bunny ear shape on a small piece of felt. Sew along the line. Trim away extra felt.
This gives new meaning to 'bunny ears' in a photo!
Bunny Hand Puppet :: A giant version of the finger puppet, but made with the same idea. This got fancier with a different color on the ears and a name on the back. This makes a great pace card for Easter dinner. Why do kids have to have all the fun?
Here are a few of my other Easter ideas. I hope you enjoy!
