What a week! Not only did I get a year older, but I got a new camera to celebrate it! A new camera that's really a gift to all of us. No longer will you suffer the illness that has been my photography with a point-and-shoot. Believe me when I tell you, you'll be seeing a lot more posts about my camera. I am super excited about it. I have not exactly taken it off since I got it and my hard drive is already begging for mercy.
In other news... we had a major giveaway week on the blog! It was so much fun for me to hear from all of you. I just get giddy at birthday wishes - I'm like a seven year old - and seeing so many on the blog, Facebook, and Twitter had me beaming all week long. Thank you!

:: Blue Cheese Ice Cream. Not just any blue cheese - the award winning Rogue River Blue Cheese. Swirled with honeyed figs, it's really good. But don't take my word for it - make some yourself.
:: My kids painted an awesome painting for above our fireplace. And for under $50.
:: I was on New Day Northwest
:: The latest issue of Lonny Magazine came out and I am ready to re-do the whole house again!! EEK!
