As you know, I'm obsessed with making ice cream right now.  If you don't know, you can catch up here and here.

I'm not the only Hedin who's obsessed with ice cream, however.  Mr. Hedin's cousins have a fabulous frozen custard shop on Capitol Hill - Old School Frozen Custard - and today my friend Kaci Aitchinson is with them making Raspberry Espresso Chip Frozen Custard.
