Dish it Up! Cooking Class Recap

Last night I taught a cooking class at Dish it Up! in Ballard and it was so much fun.  If you've ever cooked with me before, you know that nothing is ever fancy.  I like to just cook and serve in the kitchen and that's exactly what we did last night.  

Cooking and talking with my hands - both habits.

Dish it Up! has an enormous counter that spans the length of the store and seats more than 20 people.  Last night we kept the class to 18 and everyone had plenty of elbow room and room to work.  We had a few appetizers, a dessert, and a lot of sparking pink wine (yum!).  

Everyone got to make and take home a flower arrangement - perfect for February!

Can you believe how long the counter is?  A challenge for sure to talk to everyone, but we made a point to use every part of the counter.
