Yep - again, no photos. We screwed up, we know it. Its been a crazy month and we are feeling WAY more prepared for the new year - and maybe even looking for an intern??
Either way, today is my last segment of the year on Better Northwest and we're doing the perfect winter dinner - chili! My chili recipe is ever changing, but the recipe in the book is my go-to for "emergency chili situations."
Today on the show I'll be showing my recipe for Cheddar Cheese Scones - they are perfect with chili. But equally perfect toasted in the morning with scrambled eggs and bacon on top like a sandwich. Yum! Chili is also really good on a baked potato - it's a good "leftover chili" option.
I'll be making chili tonight to eat while we watch the Huskies in the Holiday Bowl! And serving it with Cheddar Cheese Scones and beer. Tune into Better Northwest this morning and the game tonight!
